The classical period of music excites me the most and is something I find very intriguing to me. I found it very interesting where the period of classical music came from. Classical music began being mostly church and slowly became a music that was very enjoyable to listen to. I knew from before about the Enlightenment period. This period was a time of reason and more rights for people. I learned that there were a bunch of composers who’s music was later consider in the romantic period. Most of the western art music was considered classical.

The composer i choose was Carl Phillip Emanuel Bach. I listened to his piece called Solfeggietto. While listening to this piece I was not surprised at all by the way it sounded because I always knew classical music as very soft music. Classical music was always very nice and peaceful. I love the way it made me feel while listening to it, because it was very relaxing.
