I would be most comfortable at a chamber concert because it is such an intimate setting. The musicians are so close and you can see their every move and facial expression. The audience is so close to the performers and to each other. That renders them vulnerable. The vibe is very emotional. I believe that is what music is all about. The audience here can feel the Music and is expected to be really engaged in the performance. The audience here can wear causal clothes. The audience is expected to be quiet yet also feel the Music. I dont think the vibe is a stuffy as an orchestra concert.
I would be least comfortable at an orchestra concert because its so stuffy an d formal. Here the audience is expected to be very formal and not to make any sound. They also have to wear nice clothes. A stated in the textbook a certain standard of behavior is expected at these concerts. Children, I’m assuming, especially young ones are not welcome at these kinds of concerts. I love kids and I have young siblings so any place that does not like kids..I’m out.

I totally agree with you in terms that an intimate environment creates a much more emotional experience in connection of audience and performers. Though huge concerts can give us appealing emotions, an intimate environment can create a very emotional experience.
